Our hotel is set in a central location close to all the shops, great restaurants and eateries like Pizza Hut. Sanur Beach district deserves to be explored. The staff are great and the room is budget where bathroom was updated. You will find a fridge, air conditioning, and a work desk...

I paid online when I booked the Abian Srama Hotel. When I went to check out they argued I hadn't paid, and as I couldn't find the receipt and a transfer bus was waiting for me to leave I had to pay again!!! The Hotel was extremely average and having to pay twice I would not recommend this place to anyone! ripped off.

Good location and the pool was cool in the heat The staff I was in contact with were friendly but the Balinese are always lovely
My room was directly in front of a home, each morning I was woken up very early by the family, the staff talking very loudly and the other guests. It was very frustrating and I was very tired, even though there was a sign saying to be quiet. There were many unoccupied rooms that I could've gone to. The sheets were dirty on my bed. When I checked out I was charged 3 times what I should've, but I had to show the staff member at reception how he was wrong, so I took my money back and payed the correct amount and counted it out and showed him the exchange rate. He still didn't understand.

Free transportation for the bicycle which can be used 24 hours and the staff very supportive and polite, willing to help and assist all the time. The location is pretty nice which is near to the beautiful beach. The pasar malam is just beside the hotel, with the 3 minutes walking distance only.
A lot of mosquitoes during night time although we have switch on the mosquitoes repellent.

Really enjoyed the swimming pool. The rooms are kept clean so good value for the price you pay.
Breakfast is basic, toast and egg. The staff struggle with english so getting someone to understand you is rather challenging. The noise can be quite a problem at this hotel, especially from the staff.

Good location, 2 minutes on foot from Sanur's market and less than 10 minutes on foot from the beach.
The swimming pool was closed while we were there, but we didn't have any information about this when we booked. The rooms were quite big but the sheets weren't crispy clean. Noise was an issue early in the morning, as locals use the hotel as a shortcut between the market and the main road.
